Our Smart Rates provide a different way to pay for legal services.  With a Smart Rate, you will know what specific work is included and exactly how much your legal services will cost.  And, all our Smart Rates come with 3 months of follow up questions related to your service - free of charge.  

 

We can utilize Smart Rates because we focus on very specific legal services, which has allowed us to become very efficient at providing the best legal services possible at a reasonable and predictable price.  

 

Other law firms bill hourly.  These law firms have very little incentive to utilize efficiencies.  The longer it takes them to complete your work, the more you are charged.  They often draft legal documents from scratch instead of utilizing document automation technology so that it takes them longer and they can bill you more.
